SPINACH-STUFFED MUSHROOMS
Generally I wish to undergo the aisles within the supermarkets simply scanning the cabinets for inspiration and concepts to boost my dishes. Yesterday I noticed these massive flat mushrooms and immediately grabbed them. It’s the little particulars and random substances that may make a easy dish appear actually fancy.

1 onion, sliced
three garlic cloves, crushed
four massive flat mushrooms, stems eliminated
1 half of cups frozen spinach, thawed and drained
2 tbsp breadcrumbs, and a few for sprinkling (omit for gluten free possibility)
2 tbsp grated cheese, and a few for sprinkling
salt and pepper to style
half of tsp chilli powder (non-compulsory)
1 tsp smoked paprika
Preheat oven to 180•C/350•F.
Sauté onion in olive oil, add garlic and proceed to sauté.
Add spinach, spices and breadcrumbs – stir till mixed.
Add in cheese and blend till mixed.
Pile the spinach stuffing excessive contained in the mushroom caps.
Sprinkle cheese and breadcrumbs to your personal liking.
Bake for 10 minutes or till golden and crunchy on the prime.
