Hen Gyro Salad & Rice Bowl 😘😘 Wholesome, balanced, tremendous tasty. This rooster could be excellent on the BBQ!! Recipe for four under:
INGREDIENTS
6-Eight boneless skinless rooster thighs
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tbsp dried oregano
Salt & Pepper
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp floor cumin
1 tsp floor coriander
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tsp lemon juice
Rice, lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, purple onion, hummus & tzatziki to serve
METHOD
Marinate the rooster thighs within the olive oil, garlic, herbs, spices and lemon juice in a bowl in a single day when you can. When able to prepare dinner, lay the rooster on some greaseproof paper and bake at 200°C fan for 25-30 minutes till cooked via and charred on the sides. Slice the rooster and serve in bowls with the rice, salad, hummus and tzatziki. Get pleasure from!!
