that is my tackle chickpea salad- the concept of mayo and even vegan mayo is de facto off placing to me, so to switch it i simply use mashed avo 🥰
ingreds-
half of a small avocado
drained and rinsed chickpeas (i used about 1/three of the can)
lemon juice
olive oil
garlic and onion powder
salt and pepper
and simply smash all of it collectively!
i’d’ve added pink onion and a few contemporary herbs however i used to be feelin lazy right now
this bread is sooo good by the way in which, it’s the dealer joe’s multigrain sourdough and the substances are actually easy!
