beginning off this saturday with a latte ❤️
it’s decaf. i used to be hooked on espresso in highschool so i made a decision to give up caffeine a pair years again. ingesting common espresso daily actually contributed to my nervousness and that i’ve seen an enormous distinction with out it! i nonetheless love espresso although after all so i’ll have a cup of decaf a couple of occasions per week 🥰

everybody all the time asks me what the purpose of ingesting it if it’s decaf. you’re allowed to take pleasure in issues!!!!!!!!! and incorporate them into your life!!!!!!!!! so that is my tackle my absolute favourite latte from my native espresso store, which is a cinnamon honey latte 🤤 i’ve been getting it for years and at last mastered it by myself!

first i drizzle my mug with honey. then when the recent liquids hit he cup all of it dissolves and mixes in. i used one shot of decaf espresso, and a few dealer joe’s oat milk frothed with cinnamon (vids on my story) to infuse it in. there’s nothing worse then when cinnamon clumps up within the espresso so i’ve discovered that frothing it into the milk fixes this downside!
i’ve tried frothing so many nondairy milks, and the dealer joe’s oat milk has in all probability labored one of the best for me. in second place is the planet oat milk 😉
