components:
dry-
rolled oats
chia seeds
hemp seeds
almonds and walnuts
unsweetened coconut shavings
cinnamon
brown sugar
chocolate chips
wet-
maple syrup
peanut butter
applesauce
a splash of water
combine the dry components excluding the chocolate chips to the specified quantities of every part that you really want. my combination is generally oats with about 1/three ratio of the opposite components.
