Has anybody else been perfecting their roast potatoes in time for Christmas Day? Nope? Simply us then… 🥔
Served with pink roast beef, honey parsnips, tenderstem broccoli and lashings of thick gravy. 🐄
Right here’s how we made the right roasties:
1️⃣ Peel the spuds and reduce into equal sizes
2️⃣ Boil for 10 minutes till softened
3️⃣ Drain and shake to fluff the sides
4️⃣ Steam dry then sprinkle 1 tbsp of cornflour to coat
5️⃣ Preheat an oven tray with oil and duck fats
6️⃣ Place the potatoes onto the baking tray and cook dinner for 1 hour, turning midway till golden and crispy
