
Pesto Pasta with Garlic & Chilli Tomatoes ðð 10 minute meal excellent for these busy days!!
Does anybody else simply love consuming outdoors?? Me and little man have simply loved our dinner within the backyard ðŠī Recipe under:
INGREDIENTS
Spaghetti (I take advantage of asda gluten free)
1 tbsp Pesto per particular person (I used my frozen selfmade pesto)
1 handful of cherry tomatoes per particular person, reduce in half
1 garlic clove per particular person
Chilli flakes
Splash of balsamic vinegar
Dried Parsley to serve
METHOD
Prepare dinner pasta in keeping with packet directions. In the meantime, Fry the tomatoes in slightly olive oil. Add the garlic and chilli and stir properly, season and add a splash of balsamic vinegar and cook dinner for just a few minutes till barely caramelised. Drain the pasta and stir by the pesto. Serve the pasta in bowls topped with the tomatoes and a sprinkle of parsley. Take pleasure in!!
