INGREDIENTS
400g diced lamb
2 onions, diced
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 purple chilli, sliced
four tsp garam masala
1 tsp all spice
500ml hen or lamb inventory
200ml coconut milk
300g diced potatoes
100g trimmed inexperienced beans
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Rice to serve
METHOD
Fry the lamb and onions in somewhat fry mild for 8-10 minutes till the onion has softened. Add the garlic, chilli, garam masala and allspice and stir for a minute. Add the inventory and coconut milk, stir, convey to the boil then simmer with a lid on for an hour. Add the potatoes and prepare dinner for half an hour extra checking the liquid ranges if too thick. Add the greens beans and prepare dinner for 15 minutes extra. Serve with rice and luxuriate in!!
