SHAKE N BAKE CHICKEN POPPERS
A spin of the basic shake n bake, this hen dish has all of the goodness of hen nuggets/poppers, no matter you name them with far much less mess and oil – no frying required! Tremendous simple and goes nice inside wraps too!

2 hen breasts, reduce into strips (I reduce when partly frozen – a lot simpler)
half of cup breadcrumbs (I blitz up leftover challah and retailer in freezer)
2-Three tbsp honey
1 tsp shawarma spice mix
1 tsp paprika
half of tsp sumac
salt & pepper, to style
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F and line baking tray with paper
In a ziplock bag, add all components and shake it about πŸ•ΊπŸ» ensuring all of the items are coated
Place on baking sheet, separate items out to make sure crispiness on all sides
Sprinkle a touch of chilli powder on prime (non-obligatory)
Spritz 1-2 olive/avo oil sprays on prime – additionally ensures crispiness
Place in oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, flip midway via so underneath aspect can get good crunch too
