
Lemon Pepper Hazelnut Mediterranean Salad🍋🕊
hey guys ! i made this tremendous straightforward and refreshing recipe for a light-weight dinner as we speak 🙂 (i might advocate including a protein comparable to hen, steak, and even chickpeas to make this a full meal, however i didn’t have any readily available)
ingreds-
blended greens
inexperienced olives
pink bell pepper
cucumber
radish
inexperienced onion
toasted hazelnuts (crushed)
all chopped finely
dressing:
olive oil (prob about 1/four cup)
couple tablespoons of lemon juice
tsp of black pepper
couple dashes of rice wine vinegar (would’ve used a white or pink wine vinegar if i had it)
splash of olive juice
a tbsp ish of honey
onion powder
salt
on the aspect: pickled cauliflower (beets give them that coloration😍) and a few buttered toast🥳
