sorry i’ve been MIA, we’re doing a ton of kitchen development proper now so i’ve had restricted area to make recipes 😪 to not point out on-line faculty has been a bitch recently :/
since i do know plenty of us are doing on-line lectures in the meanwhile, together with myself, i believed i’d share some snack plate inspo that can hold you fueled and energized all through the day 🤗
the bottom line is, you need to have good sources of carbs, protein, and fat for a balanced snack (plus some fruits and veg should you can)

strawberries with mini chocolate chips (enjoylifefoods)
inexperienced and pink grapes
toasted hazelnuts (my fav)
garlic and herb almonds from costco (that are SO good btw)
and a few multigrain tortilla chips 🥳
p.s. strawberries and hazelnuts are a bomb combo strive it someday
