Todays the right day to make a frittata out of your whole leftover veg from the week;)
I used bell pepper and brussel sprouts. Lower them up, fry them on a pan till cooked after which pour in eggs crushed with a tiny little bit of milk (I used oat milk with three eggs) after which toss within the oven for 15 ish minutes or at any time when the eggs look cooked!
Actually takes 10 minutes to prep! I additionally made some air fried potatoes to go together with this 😁
The spices I used had been chili lime seasoning, tacky seasoning from dealer joe’s, garlic and onion powder, and salt and pepper. I cooked the veggies with these they usually flavored all the things so nicely!
I additionally let mine crispy up on the underside however you would take it out a little bit early if you would like it fluffier!
