olive oil
onion powder
garlic powder
salt n pepper
italian seasoning
bake for 30 minutes on 400 ❤️ i really like including quinoa to my plant based mostly meals as a result of it’s one of many solely plant based mostly proteins that has all of the important amino acids! 😽
additionally added was spinach, child tomatoes, and sunflower and hemp seeds👩🏽🍳
