contemporary rolls with peanut sauce🥒🫑🥜

that is considered one of my favourite issues to make ever, they’re a good way to pack in some veg or use produce that’s about to go dangerous!

each time I attempt to make peanut sauce it doesn’t prove proper, however this one was good 🤤

I used to work at a thai restaurant and this was considered one of my fav issues to eat there 🙂

peanut sauce:
peanut butter
honey or maple syrup
rice vinegar
ginger powder
soy sauce
a garlic clove
splash of water

I did this all to style, but when anybody needs precise measurements let me know and that i’ll conjure them up!

contained in the rolls are crispy tofu, bell pepper, cucumber, lettuce, carrots, rice noodles, cilantro, and inexperienced onion

something goes inside of those, one time I made them with mango and it was 10/10 🤪
