
bagel making date throughout the quarantine at the moment :’) i wished to make the dough selfmade however we ended up getting pizza dough because the shops have been out of bread flour :/ they nonetheless turned out so good although and tremendous crispy on the underside 😍
we made 2 sorts, cinnamon raisin and all the things! cinnamon raisin bagels are my fav toasted with some pb on them ❤️ what’s your fav form of bagel??
