ULTIMATE FUDGY BROWNIES
Oh the right brownie – chewy on exterior and fudgy within the centre – makes ur mouth salivate doesn’t it? This recipe was initially included in my whiskbyami function just a few weeks again and I assumed I’d share with you guys right here. The recipe features a maple pecan topping but it surely’s completely elective
NB I altered recipe barely to extend the fudginess much more – you’re welcome 😜

1 cup caster sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1.5 cups canola oil
four eggs
1 heaping cup plain flour
half cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
three tbsp golden syrup/honey
Preheat oven to 180•C/350°F.
Line a 9×13 tin with baking paper, ensuring to fold in corners to make sure clean edges.
Beat oil and sugar till creamy, then one after the other, add in every egg and blend till simply included.
Add in flour, cocoa powder and salt and blend, then add vanilla and golden syrup/honey and blend
Pour batter into lined baking dish.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, till desired doneness, the much less it bakes for the gooier the brownies come out.
Swap off oven and let cool for about 30mins-1 hour with oven door open after which let absolutely calm down earlier than chopping.

OPTIONAL MAPLE PECAN TOPPING
three tbsp canola oil
1 tbsp plain flour
1/three cup brown sugar
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 egg
1 ½ cups chopped pecans, or nuts of alternative
Combine all substances, apart from pecans, to kind a creamy combination, then add in pecans.
Generously spoon the pecan topping across the brownie batter, then swirl combination round with a skewer or sharp knife.
Bake as above
