
TERIYAKI SALMON WITH STIR FRIED VEG & NOODLES
Searching for a 9 days meal concept that’s not dairy and never excessive fancy? Right here’s a yum salmon recipe – which u can completely substitute with any white fish – that has sides included. Parts are for 2 ppl however u can double as wanted. Nice to have at room temp for lunch too 😋
For the salmon
1.5 tbsp soy/tamari sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp floor ginger
1 tsp granulated garlic
1/four tsp crushed black pepper
sprint of chilli flakes
2 salmon fillets
2 parts of egg noodles
300g frozen broccoli florets
half of pink onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 spring onion
half of tsp sesame oil
1.5 tbsp soy/tamari sauce
To garnish
1 spring onion
sesame seeds
chilli flakes (non-obligatory)
Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F
Combine substances for marinade in a small bowl
Place salmon fillets on 2 rectangular items of foil (sufficient to wrap round fish proper)
