STRAWBERRIES & CREAM
In honour of Yom Hazikaron tonight and tomorrow I took half within the initiative to commemorate fallen troopers within the IDF (for more information dm erin.eats.mtl )

This explicit recipe was a favorite of Victor Azrouan a’h, who immigrated along with his household to Israel in 1962 from Morocco.
Victor enlisted within the IDF and served within the Armored Corps, after a number of months within the Naval Command.

Victor sadly died throughout his reserve responsibility on sixth October 1987 throughout an operation in Gaza.
Might his reminiscence and people of the opposite heroes who misplaced their lives preventing for our Nation stay on 💙

1 field of strawberries
1 tbsp of vanilla sugar
1 container of 15% bitter cream – I used Greek yogurt
Minimize the strawberries into small items,
Combine the Strawberries with the vanilla sugar and place for a couple of minutes. Place few of the minimize strawberries in a backside (I put at high as a substitute) of a serving glass cup
Flippantly mash the remainder of the chopped strawberries with a fork and blend with the cream Till it’s painted pink.
Pour the strawberry cream combination into glasses and serve.
