《 Curry Goat 》
We’ve been enjoying a lot of freezer roulette lately in preparation for Christmas. In our newest haul we discovered some goat we’d obtained from the butcher so determined to rustle up a Jamaican Spiced Curry. We discovered a recipe on-line and far to our delight we already had many of the substances hidden away within the cabinet. 🍛

As soon as the goat was defrosted, we seasoned the meat, then heated a big pan with oil. We browned the meat then added curry powder. Subsequent we added garlic, ginger, white pepper, onions, thyme, tomato puree, spring onions and a chilli. 🐐

Stir every little thing till nicely mixed then pour simply sufficient water into the pan to cowl the goat. Deliver to the boil then let it summer season below tender (roughly 2 hours). About 20 minutes earlier than you’re able to eat, add some small potatoes and bouillon powder then cook dinner till tender. 🥔

We served with rice and a sprinkle of contemporary parsley. ✨
