
《 Carrot, Spinach & Halloumi Fritters 》
Fast and crispy vegetable fritters topped with an oozy golden poached egg – one other wholesome dish so that you can take pleasure in for brunch or dinner. 🥕
To make 5-6 fritters, grate one massive carrot then squeeze out any extra liquid. In a big bowl combine carrot with 80g of chopped and cooked spinach, 40g grated halloumi cheese, 1/2 tbsp of plain flour, 1 massive egg, 1/2 tsp of smoked paprika, salt and pepper. 🌶️
Warmth a non-stick frying pan with a glug of oil then spoon within the combination, utilizing a mould or tablespoon to make every fritter. Prepare dinner for 2-Three minutes, then rigorously flip and cook dinner for an additional 2 minutes. We cooked them in batches and saved them heat within the oven while the remaining have been cooking. 🍳
Assemble your fritter tower, high with a poached egg, chopped spring onions and a touch of candy chilli sauce. Get pleasure from! 🥞
